The company in this case study specializes in the design and production of custom aluminum die-castings for a wide variety of industries. The company employs over 300 workers in a 135,000 square foot plant in Texas. Always alert to the well-being of its employees, management was especially concerned with a pallet-loading operation that involved constant stooping and bending as workers loaded finished castings for shipment.
