Apprenticeships are helping logistics organisations attract growing numbers of young recruits
The positive impacts that apprenticeships are having on individuals, businesses and the UK economy will be celebrated during the sixth National Apprenticeship Week, (11-15 March).
Provisional figures from Skills for Logistics (SfL) reveal that in 2011/12 a total of 15,670 logistics oriented apprenticeship starts in England. This represents a 29 per cent increase on the number of starts (12,170) in 2010/2011.
