During the design of an advanced high volume semi-conductor manufacturing facility, 2 custom lift tables were required. The lift tables are installed and used outdoors during the construction of this facility. The platform size is 10’ wide, 30’ long with a lifting capacity of 12,000 lbs. The closed height of the lift tables is 3’ and they are designed to rise 20’ to top of the second floor. Cooling and filtration equipment is loaded onto the lifts in the closed position, raised and moved off the lift and into position 20’ above grade.
